I am a registered clinical counsellor, psychotherapist and neurofeedback practitioner. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, NB, Canada. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and a Masters in Education from my home country, Ukraine.
I lived and worked in New York, NY, for 10 years prior to moving to Canada. This gave me the unique opportunity to explore and experience life in three different counties from within. I expanded my worldview greatly by adding American and Canadian training to my European background. I am passionate about psychology and in helping people to grow into a happier version of themselves.
I provide gentle and non-judgemental support and guidance, as you or your loved ones, may already have been traumatized by unfortunate life events.
Our sessions are safe and confidential.
I am trained in and I use multiple therapeutic techniques. Working with clients, I choose the therapeutic approach according to their personal unique situation or mental/emotional state.

I will teach you how to be your own therapist by providing you with tools and techniques which you will use for a lifetime. Whatever you are struggling with, can be fixed and you will be able to live a productive and happy life. I will meet you wherever you are right now in your life, and guide you from there to a more stable, balanced, and happier you. You will feel better right after the first session. It' s a promise.
I am also a Registered Clinical Counsellor and earned my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, NB, Canada.
Much of my background is in child and youth therapy and I have worked with youth and young adults for the last 7 years. I have the pleasure of co-facilitating group counselling alongside Nataliya.
My passion is helping people work through previous trauma using a trauma informed approach. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help my clients achieve their mental wellness goals is.
Outside of my counselling work, I enjoy travelling, baking, jogging outdoors and trying new sports.
